At Grubble Leather Co., every product is handcrafted to order using premium materials and traditional techniques. Because of this, our return policy is designed to balance fairness to our customers with the nature of handmade production.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- - The item must be unused and in its original condition
- - The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- - The item must be returned in original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.
2. Made-to-Order & Custom Products
All Grubble Leather Co. products are made to order.
Due to the nature of handcrafted leather goods:
- - Each piece is unique
- - Variations in grain, texture, and color are natural
- - Leather develops character over time (patina)
Personalized or custom-made items (e.g. initials, custom stamps, special requests) are non-returnable.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- - You will be notified of approval or rejection
- - Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- - Processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item:
- - Please return the original item (if eligible)
- - Place a new order separately
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

6. Return Shipping
- - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- - We recommend using tracked shipping, as the item remains your responsibility until received
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- - Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- - Items returned outside the 7-day window
8. Order Cancellation
Because each product is made to order:
- - Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- - After production has started, cancellations are not possible
9. Production & Processing Time
- - All items are handcrafted to order
- - Production time: 3–7 business days
- - Shipping time is calculated separately at checkout
